Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Prints All prints are produced and shipped by a third party print partner. Print colors may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor calibration differences. This is not considered a defect.

All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will review on a case by case basis.

Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Linda Luo. Purchasing a print does not transfer any rights to the artwork. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any image without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Personal Information & Email When you subscribe to our mailing list or place an order, we collect your email address. This information is used to send order updates, new print releases, and studio news. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon carrier pickup.
